Former HSE student bringing Art Camps to Fishers this summer

As an HSE student, Julia Kalustian always had a love for art.  Now, as a student at Indiana Wesleyan University, she is majoring in Elementary Education and Art.  This summer, she is partnering up with Fishers Parks & Recreation to teach fun art camps for kids ages 6-12.

Teaching alongside Julia is her mom, Debbie Kalustian, a 1st grade teacher in HSE schools.

What's different about Art Mini-Camps?

We recognize the need for parents to keep the kids busy during the summer.  What's unique about our mini-camps is that while traditional summer camps run all day every day, our mini-camps run for 3 mornings.  Rather than committing to a whole summer of camps, you get to pick and choose which mini-camps work for you and your family.

Our Art Mini-Camps run from 9:00 a.m. to noon at the Cumberland Park recreation building.  So take a break, moms!  Run your errands and grab some coffee while we entertain the kids with cool art projects.

All materials are provided and all experience levels are welcome.  We have four fun Mini-Camps to choose from... from Under the Sea to Outer Space and we love to incorporate children's literature along with our art lessons.

Register now for all our mini-camps, including our first Under the Sea camp coming up on June 18-20th.
